Spent a couple of hours this afternoon at the Chase. A quite grey and overcast day not ideal for taking photographs, but last Monday a pair of Great Crested Grebes had begun displaying. This was my first chance to get back there with my camera. And sods law both birds were still on Bardag Lake, but today they were never together and mainly distant! Also had a Shelduck go over my first here this year!
